Emergency services are for registered clients. If you are not a registered client and cannot be seen at your regular vet office please go directly to one of the 24-hour hospitals listed below.

During regular business hours:

Please call ahead if possible and let us know you are coming; otherwise please come directly to the hospital.

For after-hours on regular business days:

Call our paging service at 978 210-9674 . Available from 7-8 AM and in the evening till 10PM Monday thru Saturday. Sundays and certain holidays are considered non-regular business days and the emergency paging service is not available.

Signs of an Emergency:

  • Suspected Poisoning - Call the Animal Poison Control Hotline at (888) 426-4435 immediately

  • Unconciousness, Lethargy and/or Unresponsiveness

  • Laboured breathing

  • Bloat & swelling of the abdomen

  • Unprecedented convulsions

  • Excessive & uncontrollable bleeding

  • Trauma, shock, and broken bones from injury

  • Collapse, heat stroke

  • Severe difficulty, or inability to urinate

  • Uncontrollable persistent vomiting and diarrhea

  • Thick mucous discharge from the anus

  • Severe Burns

  • Vomiting blood
