Receptionist/Client Assistant
Receptionists/Client Assistants are often the first staff members that our clients interact with. We look for caring, enthusiastic applicants who are conscientious and are excellent team players. Candidates should have a pleasant phone and customer demeanor and be comfortable working with computers and office equipment. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting clients and their pets, answering phones and scheduling appointments, preparing and maintaining patient records, processing purchases and payments, executing client mailings and other administrative tasks, and assist in general office and patient room cleanliness. Receptionists should also be able to respond to basic medical inquires from clients and know how to route these inquires to technicians and doctors appropriately.
Veterinary Technician
Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors in patient appointments, radiology and surgery, providing care and monitoring of hospitalized patients, performing laboratory procedures, providing basic medical procedures, dispensing doctor directed pharmacy products, maintaining medical equipment and product inventory, and maintaining hospital cleanliness. In addition technicians are often called upon to assist Receptionists/Client Assistants with answering phones, greeting clients and other front office duties as needed. We look for knowledgeable, caring and enthusiastic applicants who are detailed oriented and who are excellent team players.
Veterinary Doctor
Responsibilities are to provide routine medical, as well as dental and surgical care, diagnoses, and treatment plans to animal patients, and nutritional and behavioral counseling for patients. Responsibilities also include directing staff and managing hospital daily procedures. Candidates should possess appropriate medical knowledge and skills and be customer-focused and personable. Candidates should be caring, conscientious, and excellent team players.
